I just wanted to email to say THANKYOU to you both for everything you have done over the last 9 weeks (and I am sure, weeks before preparing for the course).

The way in which you have constructed the course itself and the sessions built around the various subjects help create that essential managerial tool kit which will always be there, not just simply as a reference tool, but more so as a working “go to” guide. The very fact that the course is over a sustained period of weeks helps to root in the principles right from the start, and the continual “looking back” at previous sessions helps to establish those principles and fix them so they are firmly ingrained into the managerial psyche of the attendee.
