IMPACT PROGRAMME

Following the completion of the IMPACT programme, we wanted to write to you and
thank you and Dave for delivering the course.

Both (colleagues' name) and I feel that we have gained a great deal from attending, in particular
our self-confidence, ability to motivate others and general presentation and speaking skills have vastly improved. We are both of the opinion that these skills will help us to develop our careers here at (our company).

We discussed our highlights and agreed that the presentations we gave using animation, and the final presentations to our senior colleagues were nerve racking experiences but ultimately very enjoyable and rewarding.

We are both more than happy to say we would recommend the course to anyone looking to improve, or refine the impact they have on others. As you are aware, (our company) have sent delegates on this course in the past and plan to do so in future, hopefully this demonstrates how much we as an organisation value the course.
