Client: Multinational Manufacturing Group Need: The company had recently commissioned a global workforce satisfaction survey. One UK office had created a focus group of employee volunteers to examine the results and recommend and action plan. They asked us to facilitate that group in preparing its report. Solution: Four half-day facilitated meetings, with telephone and email coaching support, helped the group to deal constructively and imaginatively with their brief and work together well as a group.
